Overview of the World System of Bondage UPDATED - Part 2 - The Implementation of Full Containment

Part two discusses the implementation of a "containment field," a system that legalizes and enforces a structure of bondage via legal and monetary mechanisms, binding individuals from birth to death.

There is much to glean from past history. The containment field began post-Civil War with the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which introduced Roman civil law into the American system. Roman civil law, historically used for managing conquered territories, was extended to Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. between the 1860s and 1930s.

As things evolved, more restrictions were introduced through the legal and monetary systems. These fused law and equity, replacing true legal principles with civil codes and procedures, such as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) established in the 1930s, following England’s Judicature Acts of 1873 and 1875. These codes manage monetized debt, martial law, and commercial systems, treating individuals as bonded sureties to a bankrupt franchise.

Let’s not forget martial law and military occupation’s roles in this process. The Lieber Code (1862) and Reconstruction Acts (1867) enforced martial rule, treating the defeated Southern states as conquered territories. This evolved into international treaties at the Hague Conventions (1899, 1907), applying maritime and admiralty law to land-based jurisdictions, further entrenching control over populations.

Then the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the Act of 1871 established a municipal corporation for Washington, D.C., creating a corporate overlay over the U.S. government. The U.S. bankruptcy in 1933 solidified this system, managing people as debtors under federal jurisdiction, with state and local entities as corporate subdivisions.

At this point, individuals were assigned a "decedent" status, tied to birth certificates and vital records, rendering them civilly dead and without standing or capacity to claim inherent rights. The system had succeeded in separating the public (debt-based) from the private (ancestral lineal estate), where true equity resides, connected to genetics and inheritance.

Many interested men and women realized the gravity of this situation and tried solutions, one being the "secured party creditor process” , only to fail due to their reliance on the flawed commercial system rooted in bankruptcy and admiralty law. True freedom requires understanding and correcting one’s status, standing, and capacity.
