Outline and Overview of the PTV Master Law Course
We present in this document an overview of our Master Law Course that has been formulated over the last ten years, based on research for over three decades, and built with the contributions and assistance of many Beings, as members of the PTV Society, who work in the spirit of Mutual Benefit for what is best for all Beings and all Life. This course is unique and exceptional. It integrates many elements of Law, Equity, History, Monetary Systems, Esoterica, and more. It is built on the principles of Life as the highest value and upon the Sovereign Integrity[1] of every Living Being.
We invite all who read this document to have a look at the work that we have gathered together and the declarative principles we have put forth to the world. We are looking for Beings with the Passion and Commitment to walk this path together with others of like mind and spirit, who wish to achieve Freedom Absolute, which is the State of Being within which there are no encumbrances, entanglements, bonds, impairments, compromises, or diminutions of one’s True and Authentic Self. We are here as a Sovereign Body of co-creators that are committed to the path of Freedom and to build a world that works for all of Life and all Living Things.
The Master Law Course of GEMSTONE University, presented in our GEM University web site[2] (henceforth “MLC”) is presented in four major segments, as follows:

This is designed as a two-year course. It can be done at one’s own pace to take longer if desired and it can also be accelerated by more advanced students with a background in the subject matter. But even with such background, the world of the “law and freedom movement" is rife with distortions, partially baked half-solutions (that are no real solutions at all), urban and patriot myths, and a myriad of perspectives and opinions often in conflict with each other. In our extensive and long-lasting research and development over thirty-five years we have stayed focused on the ultimate goal, which is to achieve true mastery over the subjects included in this course, and more importantly real mastery of who we really are as Creator Beings in Life. This requires the ability of the student to let go of preconceived notions and ideas. It requires a willingness to face the fact that we have all been mind-controlled and bamboozled as to what our reality really is, and that in such a pre-programmed state we have very little chance of breaking free of the shackles of the mind that chain us to a worldwide narrative that has only one purpose, which is to retain power and control over the minds and lives of the whole population. The MLC course, and the education and media of PTV in general, is designed to break down the programming and rebuild a capacity to see the real world and the overlay of distortion and control on top of it.
The MLC course is designed to break down this pre-programming and establish a firm foundation upon which new clarity can be achieved. The world of Law and Money is the key to it all, as these are the “Codes of the Matrix” that bind our flesh and claim our souls as property of an unconscionable force. But it is only a “force” that is bereft of true power and authority. It is we who have true power and authority as real Creator Beings, but in large part we have projected our power and authority outside of ourselves and we have become entangled in a battle that is also predetermined, because once you step foot onto their battlefield you have already lost the fight.
The key and the secret is not to fight at all, but to know how to embody the power of one’s own capacities. We are in fact the strongest power and authority in the universe when we align with our True and Authentic Self, because it is that inner being that is part of the power of Creation and the authority of Life. We do not have to fight an inferior force, we only have to embody our own capacities and neutralize the illusions of control within us and around us.
The MLC of GEMSTONE University guides the student through a path of self-empowerment. It is not just about doing some documents, filing a few public records, and sending out some registered posts to some office holders. The PTV Master Law Course is much more than that, and it is much more than just about Law and Equity, although Law and Equity are the foundations of the course. The externalized projection that enables the force of dominance and control to use its matrix of legal systems, monetary functions, and mind-control can only assert itself if and when we consent to it doing so. Thus, the internal repositioning that is also emphasized in the MLC is an integral part of the process. We can withdraw ourselves and sever the presumption of consent, but we can only do that when we stand on the firm ground of knowledge and experience. We can only achieve our intended goals by doing the Inner Work side by side with the Outer Work. And the simple fact is, there are very few individuals who can do this alone. It takes a community of mutually supportive Beings working together to achieve the intended results.
The fact is, we have grown up in a reality that has systematically inculcated an internal landscape of fear within us. Many will take the opposite path by making everything in the system their enemy and go on the offense in an aggressive attempt to defeat the external foe. Most of those end up doing long prison terms because they are still operating within and being driven by the “Enemy Construct.” All of this is what the dedicated student who wishes to walk the path forward to Freedom Absolute will learn and gain in the MLC, and integrate within themselves, by learning how to “Go To Peace” (while retaining one's strength, power, and authority).
This is why we are only interested in those who wish to commit themselves to this work and the first step of commitment is to themselves. This commitment is what is required within oneself to take on the task of walking this path. It is not a path for everyone. In fact, it is a path for the very few. We have learned this point after many years of engaging this work ourselves, both our individual processes and as well in engaging with others who have shown up and said “Yeah, this is what I want to do,” only to find out that after hitting one or several of the resistance points that all must face, they lose that initial impulse and fall back to habits of avoidance, procrastination, lassitude, projection, blame, self-focus and in some cases polarization (they attack us and devise an excuse why they can’t continue and make it our fault). Sadly, we have learned this to be true in hundreds of instances.
I. GEM (General Education Member) Content – Building Foundations
The GEM content is what is available to all members who take the first step of being a PTV member. This is done through the paid subscription step in Patreon and Substack through our Freedom Absolute channels. Once one subscribes they receive the welcome package and instructions how to enroll on GEM University and have access to the GEM content and materials. The material in the GEM level is a self-directed curriculum that includes the following:

a. This section includes many sub-categories focusing on how the U.S. was set up to be the worldwide military power and commercial/monetary system of bondage, and the center of the monetary bondage system through the Federal Reserve and other international agreement.

a. Exploring many elements of the multi-dimensional constructs that reveal the hidden hand of control through the legal, political, monetary, and energetic systems in our world.
b. This includes showing the roots of the legal, political, monetary, and education systems in the origins of religion and how these underpinnings continue to permeate the entire world system up to today.
The above outline for GEM is not a definitive outline; this document just shows the highlights of the material and content that the GEM level member has access to study in preparation for the next phase of the MLC, which is moving on to the first of the three major segments of the MLC. A minimum of three months of study in the GEM materials is required before formerly entering the full contract for the MLC.
II. Undergraduate Study Course (“USC”)
The USC is a comprehensive course that lays out the foundational knowledge and materials upon which the Estate Structure and Status Correction courses are built. This includes more in-depth study of law, equity, trusts, estates, the public vs. private sides of the system, and procedural steps of how one undertakes each successive stage in the process. The MLC is designed to build one’s mastery in these and related subjects so that one is not simply filling in forms or entering data into a few documents. It builds true comprehension of the subjects and leads towards mastery.
For those Beings who have sought to truly understand how the reality we live in works this is the definitive course to achieve and realize that goal. The member comes to know how to safely and properly step out of the Matrix and into a new Life in the private setting of the PTV jurisdiction and be as a conductor of an orchestra with many instruments that together blend into a harmonious and balanced approach to a new life. It has been road tested in many instances for over thirty years. The standard timeframe for the completion of the Undergraduate Study Course is six months. Each section and course is integrated with many tools, study guides, reading resources, and quizzes to assist in the integration of the content.
The USC is divided into four sections:

a. A summary of the historical development of the entire course and process

e. Definition of Words and Terms
i. This section lays out the foundations for learning how to use law dictionaries and the use and comprehension of terms, phrases, words, legal and equitable definitions, etymology, and more – all a vital part of integrating this work.
ii. The study of language is a key and vital part of learning how we have been controlled in many ways. PTV has delved deeply into the origins of religion and successive empires of dominance and control, through the use of religion, and a significant key to breaking this code is to understand how language really works.
2. Estate Structure (Undergraduate Study)

i. This strategy is the most comprehensive way to hold and manage estate property, equitable interests, and beneficial rights to maintain maximum privacy, flexibility, and scalability of one’s estate, whether for personal and family requirements, business, or projects and organizations; designed and developed over thirty years, and integrated with private, domestic, and international points of focus.
ii. All property is held in estates in this world. Understanding how the two-tiered structure of estates in the public and private have been used as methods of bondage and control is key to this work. Establishing a new private estate, and using the multi-layered strategies we have perfected in over twenty-five years of direct experience and application is an integral part of the ES course.

i. In this section we expand on what these terms really mean and how they apply to the process of correcting one’s status and achieving standing and capacity in Law and Equity.

e. The UCC and Commercial Procedures (within the SC process, not for doing any commercial processes, but only for procedural use in administrative, non-judicial processes)
f. Standing on the Land (how to lawfully stand with a Claim of Right and Freehold on the Land that establishes true lawful standing, upon which real capacities can be engaged and applied)
4. Considerations for Non-U.S. Countries
a. PTV has been working with our members for many years to translate the U.S. based ES and SC documents, steps, and procedures for other countries. We have advanced this process considerably through the combined work of many of our members over many years in English Commonwealth and Roman Civil Law jurisdictions/countries. This is a work in process and we have made great progress and achieved significant success in numerous countries. There is still much work to be done. Members in these countries will be involved with hands on research and development to perfect these processes in the countries with English Commonwealth and Roman Civil Law law forms.
After one has becomes a GEM member through Patreon/Substack subscriptions and completed their entry into GEM University, and after the first minimum of three months as a GEM, the Undergraduate Study Course is designed to be completed in six months, followed by another six months in the Estate Structure course, and finally nine months in Status Correction for a total of two years. This standard time frame is flexible and can be done at one’s own pace, longer if and as required, and in some cases when the member has a strong background in the subjects, at an accelerated pace.
III. Estate Structure Course (“ES”)
The Estate Structure is also a true solution for disenfranchised bodies politic such as First People’s Domains (tribes and bands), to enable and empower such bodies to re-establish standing on the Land and to reclaim original estates and rights, while building infrastructure through private banking and other tools to build what is best for the People and the Land. This includes guidance and training in the design of the PanTerraVida Court of the People and its Law Form that is an advanced integration of the best components of Law and Equity for the protection of Equitable Interests and Beneficial Rights of every member of the Society (body politic, tribe, band, organization). This includes how to establish a private treasury, banking, and monetary system, all as an integral part of a worldwide alliance within a decentralized and distributed model. All elements to implement the PTV Estate Structure strategies are now in place and have been utilized by many worldwide to achieve such goals and perfect such solutions for many years.
The Estate Structure course establishes one’s own Private Society, with Offices, Trusts, and other building blocks that have been developed, refined, and perfected over the last thirty years to provide our members with the most advantageous structure and strategy to build one’s own society and estate for whichever category of purpose and application required, or for multiple purposes (in other words, personal and family estate, or for projects and organizations). It is the strongest and most flexible asset protection and separation of liability strategy available. It is the same structure and strategy with which we have built the PanTerraVida Private Society over the last thirty years.
We are not going to list point by point all of the details of the ES course in this document. In general terms, one is guided through the steps of how to create one’s own Private Society, with an Office of Overseer as a corporation sole that holds all Equitable Interests and Beneficial Rights of all assets and interests held and utilized through the Multi-Layered, Multi-Jurisdictional Structure and Strategy. Every step of the course and process is guided by members who have walked through all of the steps and have used their estates and societies to rebuild their lives in the private. This includes a comprehensive assessment and planning course to evaluate one’s entire profile of assets and liabilities, business or professional interests, and intentions for any organization development and projects.
IV. Status Correction Course (“SC”)
The Status Correction course has been used and applied in the United States for more than 12 years in its full extent, and in many respects was applied for the last 25-30 years while building the first stages of PanTerraVida. Over the last eight years research and development has been pursued to apply the SC in English Commonwealth and Roman Civil Law countries. Many members in these countries have worked diligently to advance these intentions and new enrolled members in the MLC will be part of the continuing efforts to perfect the processes therein. The participation in the R & D and transposition of SC into Commonwealth and RCL countries is one of the best ways to learn and integrate the material and processes. We have already had significant successes in several Commonwealth countries in lawfully pushing back public intrusion and attacks against Living Men and Women, especially during the years 2020-2024. We continue to build on these successes and look forward to more joining us in this work.
In the SC course one advances their education into the particulars of the what, why, and how of doing Status Correction. There then begins the creation of an extensive array of documents that are designed with the intention of achieving one’s goals moving towards Freedom Absolute. The rescission, revocation, and termination of contracts and separation from any and all such contracts, licenses, hidden attachments, and karmic entanglements is engaged. This process opens one up to many levels of one’s True and Authentic Self that can now more fully embody into our lives, to be present and intentional by integrating with who we truly are in order to achieve and manifest what we came into this life to do.
It is a fully transformational process in the physical and spiritual realities that are inextricably intertwined with our Being, whether we know it or not. By doing this Work, one comes to know these facts and we step through the barriers and points of resistance that we discover along the way. We also develop and expand intellectual and mental capacity that is quite empowering as we take on our own Mantle of Responsibility and discover that real sovereign status and standing is about Self-Responsibility, Self-Generating, Self-Correcting, and Self-Directing within and as ourselves, our True and Authentic Self. This is the real meaning of Freedom Absolute!
During the implementation of the practical steps of SC we fully accept any and all claims, liabilities, contingent claims, orders, judgments, and other legal issues that have previously bound us (in bondage, legally and monetarily) to the Matrix. Without doing all of this, we are not truly free at all levels. We face and accept everything rather than polarize with the system or its participants as our enemies. By accepting all presentments or past perfected liabilities we take up our own power of creation. All of this is done legally and lawfully, while going to peace, and standing within our own Sovereign Integrity. It is not about claiming “I am a sovereign,” which is another patriot myth promulgated and pushed for profit by many over the last several decades. This gave rise to the system moniker “Sovereign Citizen” because one cannot be a sovereign when one is contractually bound to a bankrupt franchise (your NAME) as a bonded surety. Another bait and switch created and disseminated by the masters of illusion and black magic. We pierce through those veils and see ourselves stepping into our status as solvent, free of all forms of bondage, and thus with standing and capacity to state a claim and stake a claim on the Land. This is the true path to Freedom Absolute and there is nothing like it anywhere else. We firmly stand on that declaration!
This is the true power of Going to Peace as we settle and resolve all claims and attachments. In doing so, we progressively untangle ourselves from the bondage we have been in for all of this lifetime and many lifetimes before. In so doing, we are also cutting energetic pathways within this holographic reality for all other Beings to follow, if they so choose, and in doing so we expand our Being while being in true service to the greater good for all of Life. It is a Grand and Exciting Journey, and we look forward to welcoming you to join us to do this work together.
The required steps to stepping into Full Member status after the minimum of three months as a GEM member is to submit our Full Member Application Questionnaire and Essay package. This is our vetting process to review one’s application to be able to be fully integrated as a full member of the Society. We do this so that we know that a new member is both qualified and committed to do the work we are doing, both in the MLC and in general as a Team Member for all other endeavours of the Society. Full Member status is divided into three category choices:
FM-TE: This is a Team Member for someone who is not interested in doing the MLC at this time, although that choice always remains open in the future. An FM-TE Member commits to be part of the building and development of our Society that can be applied in many categories such as administration, management, accounting, logistics, outreach, diplomatic team, writing, editing, media content development, project develop and implementation, etc.
FM-ES: This category is for Full Members who do not wish to do the full Status Correction course, but still wish to learn the foundations of the law and equity systems and to set up their own Society through the Estate Structure. The FM-ES member still engages with participation in the teams for building the Society and its Mission, Purpose, and Intentions.
FM-MLC: This is for the member who wishes to do the full Master Law Course. The FM-MLC member also engages with participation in the teams for building the Society and its Mission, Purpose, and Intentions.
All of this is balanced with one’s personal, family, and community commitments and does not presume to be all consuming of one’s time and energy. In PTV we firmly stand on the principle of living a balanced life with work, play, and personal/family/spiritual endeavours.
The full contribution for the Master Law Course is $12,000 USD, which can be paid all at once, if one has the means to do so, or extended over a two-year payment plan if and as required. Other arrangements are available on an individual basis and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for Being Here and considering this Work for yourself and all of Life. For a member who wishes to only do the Estate Structure Course (and the GEM and Undergraduate Study Course are part of that as prerequisites), the contribution is $4,500 USD.
SUMMARY and CONCLUSIONS
The most common question many ask when considering to undertake this work is “What does my life look like after I am done with the full course, or just with the two prerequisite levels and the Estate Structure course?” This question has a wide range of considerations in answering. Here we can present the general, universal components of what life looks like during and after the course work and applications, while keeping in mind that there are always individual particulars for everyone.
First, the most important outcome of doing the MLC is expanding one’s awareness of our lives in this world. How did we come to be in this Matrix controlled reality? What are the true origins of our enslavement and servitude and bondage? These questions are answered quite comprehensively. By opening up to these answers, one’s perception of reality is transformed. Life loses its edge of tension, stress, and control. We begin to gain real meaning in our lives. We start to delve deeper into our own source and origins, our own journey through this reality in this and many other lifetimes. We resolve karma and loosen the bonds that tie us to the Matrix and unleash the shackles of the mind. In short, we set ourselves firmly on the path towards Freedom Absolute. And, we find kindred spirits on the same path, sharing the same purpose and intent, building a Society together around the world, and we make new friends and become a part of a growing society throughout the world. New opportunities open up to us. Our young ones have the opportunity to grow up in this environment and avoid the many pitfalls and entanglements we have had to endure. We build new estates for the future, for many generations to come. We celebrate Life.
What we learn in the ES course is how to set up a new private estate within the PTV jurisdiction and use the functions of the Court of the People[3] to establish our own Court of Record with permanent archival records that are used both publicly and privately. We set up a multi-layered structure to move our current assets into an asset protection strategy, and learn how to “own nothing but control everything.” PTV and its founders have done this successfully for 25 years and are way showers how to do it legally, lawfully, and safely. We remove all titled attachments to public assets of record, and structure our own society to be the directive principle of all of this. Once this is done, then the Status Correction course can be easily and properly engaged.
When we do the SC process, we set up facilities to take care of all bonding, claims, liabilities, perfected liabilities, and contingent claims against the franchise. We never deny or reject a claim. We learn how to accept every claim and thereby to secure our primary standing as the holder of equitable interests. Such equitable interests are used to settle all such claims and liabilities privately, without coming out of pocket. If one does not do this they are still in bondage. To our awareness all other so-called Status Correction processes do not know how to do this properly and completely and therefore do not really correct one’s status. As stated above, the key issue in status is whether one is bonded to debt or has standing in solvency. If one does not have the standing to do this, then one cannot stake a claim on the Land. Without such capacity to stake a claim, one does not have access to real Law and is still wrapped in the tangles of civil codes and procedures.
Once the new estate is created, the assets from the past are properly sequestered away from claims and liabilities, and we have a new corrected private status, we can easily accept all attempts for new incoming claims and commercial presentments. We have thus created an impenetrable field within which we stand in and on our private estate, and we know how to remain in peace, not go into commercial battle, and now we can settle all claims against the franchise NAME to which we were previously attached as the bonded surety. In this new state of Being, we can continue to build our estates, develop and implement our visions and dreams and projects, and expand the living presence of our True and Authentic Self. As more achieve this state of Being, we become an indomitable force in Life that is unified with others throughout the world pursuing the same path, or other complimentary paths, and in standing in Peace, we have the power, authority, and capacity to begin to fashion a new manifested reality in this world. We Stand Together in Our Noble Expression as Co-Creators imbued with the power of our newly developed and integrated knowledge, as we walk the path of Wisdom, walking together into Life!

This is the one and only curriculum that exist that would genuinely severe all connection to the system and puts you in your sovereign status. It is an arduous process, a challenging one in all aspect of your being, but the rewards are fantastic.
