Is the so-called "Strawman" really a Franchise?

Is the so-called "Strawman" really a Franchise?

The word “Strawman” has been used for over two decades in the so-called “Freedom Movement” to describe the actual legal function of our all-capital-letter name (henceforth “NAME”).

Strawman is defined as someone who stands in for another party, a front man representing the real thing (real party in interest). The use of this word is part of a much larger context of how it is alleged one can use certain processes and procedures to gain freedom from the matrix system. The most notable of these processes is known as the “Secured Party Creditor” strategy (henceforth “SPC”). But is this all true? Is it really about freedom? Do such processes work? Is the NAME a Strawman? And does the use of any of this achieve the status of “Sovereign” for those who use it? Or are these just part of the massive psyop mish mash of the “freedom, law, sovereignty” movement that has led many astray and caused a not too inconsiderable amount of people significant grief, legal entanglements, loss of assets, and for some real jail or prison time? In this article we will have a look at and answer these questions.
